Title Interdiffusion of polymers and water in colloids
Description We will investigate the interdiffusion of deuterated and protonated polymers making up colloids that interdiffuse after/during the film drying using time resolved SANS. Apart from that, we investigate the interdiffusion of heavy water of a dried film to the pores and inside the polymeric particles. Generally, in contrast variation SANS experiments the hairy decoration of colloids shall be characterized structurally. The mobile hairy fraction of the colloids will also be characterized in terms of dynamics using backscattering / neutron spin echo spectroscopy, which in general is able to confirm the static picture.
